Missouri Car Accident Lawyer Discusses Nixa, MO Car Wreck

This past Thursday evening, two Nixa residents were seriously injured in a car car accident. The Springfield News-Leader reports that Amber Perriman was riding with in a Chevy Cobalt being driven by Brandon Perriman. The two obviously share the last name but it is unreported whether they are married. What is reported is that Brandon was driving when the car ran off the road and into a ditch causing it to overturn. Neither was wearing their seatbelt. Brandon was then lifeflighted to the hospital and Amber was taken by ambulance.

For example, in this particular case, there are no reports that the wreck was caused by another unknown motorist. Assuming there was no other cars involved, it would seem that Brandon was was negligent for allowing the car to run off the road and into the ditch.
